An NFC and QR review plaque is a physical card, about the size of a credit card, that combines two technologies in one piece so a customer can leave a Google review in seconds.
Presenzai does this on your profile every day, without you having to log in.
How it works
When a customer taps it with their phone, the browser opens straight onto your business's Google review page, with nothing to search for and no app to install. If their phone does not support tapping, they can scan the printed QR code and land in the same place.
Why it works so well
It removes the hardest step in getting a review: the customer finding your business on Google on their own. With the plaque, they go straight to the review box in three seconds, exactly when they are satisfied.
What you need to use it
Just the physical plaque and a visible place to put it. It needs no power, no internet connection of its own and no maintenance beyond keeping it clean and visible.
NFC and QR together, not one or the other
Most modern phones support the NFC tap, but the QR code stays as a fallback for older devices or for anyone who prefers scanning to tapping. Having both covers every customer.
What it does not do
The plaque takes the customer to your own Google review box; it does not filter, edit or control what the person writes there. It is a shortcut to the path, not control over the content.
