Presenzai offers an automation service for Google Business Profile listings:

• Regular posts with photo and text, generated and scheduled by the system.
• Automatic replies to reviews, matched to the brand tone you define.
• Map position monitoring by area through RankGrid Pro.
• Physical NFC and QR plaques that direct your customers to leave a review.

The service complements your Google Business Profile; it does not replace it and it does not give you ownership over it. The business's Google account remains yours at all times.

To use Presenzai you must be of legal age, legally represent the registered business and have an active Google Business Profile.

You connect your profile by authorising access from your own Google account. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account settings or by requesting it from Presenzai. You are responsible for keeping your business information up to date and for the accuracy of what is published in your name.

The plans, prices and payment terms in force are shown at the time of signup and may vary depending on the number of locations or usage volume. Charging is recurring according to the billing cycle chosen.

You can change plan or cancel at any time. Plan changes apply from the next billing cycle, unless stated otherwise at signup.

You may not use Presenzai to publish illegal, misleading or defamatory content, or content that breaches Google Business Profile policies. Nor may you use the service to manipulate reviews fraudulently, buy fake reviews or impersonate another business. Breaching this section is grounds for immediate suspension of the account.

The posts and review replies the system generates are based on your business information and the tone you configure. Although the process is automatic, you are responsible for the final content published on your profile.

You can review, edit or delete any generated post or reply from the dashboard, before or after it is published.

The software, trademarks, texts, design and code of the Presenzai platform are the property of Presenzai or its licensors. These terms transfer no intellectual property right over the platform to you; they only grant a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use it while your account is active. Your own business content (photos, name, brand) remains yours.

The review plaque includes an NFC chip and a printed QR code. Presenzai delivers it in good factory condition; wear from normal use, prolonged exposure to water or direct sun, or physical damage caused by the customer, are not covered by warranty beyond what was stated at the time of purchase.

The plaque directs your customers to your own Google review box. Presenzai does not control, edit or filter the reviews customers leave through it.

You can cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard or by contacting Presenzai. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not generate refunds for the period already billed, unless applicable law states otherwise.

Presenzai may suspend or terminate an account that breaches the acceptable use section, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

Presenzai does not guarantee a specific position in Google Maps or Google Search results: that position depends on an algorithm Google does not publish and which can change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Presenzai's total liability to a customer is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months preceding the claim. Presenzai is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of reputation arising from use of the service.

Presenzai is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile and their logos are registered trademarks of Google LLC, used here solely descriptively to explain the service's integration.

Presenzai processes your business data and your Google Business Profile data solely to provide the service you signed up for: generating posts, answering reviews and calculating your position on the map. It does not sell this information to third parties. You can request the detail of how your data is processed, or the deletion of your information, by contacting Presenzai through the channels listed at the end of this page. Presenzai may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable regulations. Relevant changes are communicated within the dashboard or through the registered contact channel. Continuing to use the service after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights local consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
